Saturday 31 July at Reston Town Center at 12 noonPrelude Brass Kids/Family show...I will be playing with my brass quintet and showing 20 to 30 different kinds of trumpets/brass instruments.

Status: Summer Trumpet Lessons:As with any skill, it is best to not take "time off". I continue my lessons thru the summer and have a fairly simple scheduling technique. If a student goes away for one week, I just keep them at the same lesson slot for when they return. if they go away for more than one week,I take them off my"active" list and ask them to call me when they return to re-set a time. Please let me know the WEEK BEFORE you leave and an estimated date of return. Another thing to think about is next year's times. If you have a preference, please let me know at the beginning of August.I will give lesson times by seniority (how long students have studied with me)and try to be as convenient to your schedules as possible.05.07.2010
Status: Many of my students go on to college with trumpet scholarships. One of the needs for a music-mindedcollege student is some basic piano skills. Starting in June I will offer piano classes to my trumpet students upon request. Please ask if you are interested.
